-12 x 12 matted stalls w/ fans and automatic Nelson waterers w/ attached paddocks for horse comfort

-Daily turnout (weather-permitting) in grass paddocks w/ owner-provided fly masks/sheets/winter sheets/blankets/boots as requested; hooves picked daily when brought in

-Covered crossties

-Hot/cold wash rack

-Air-conditioned tack area

-Large flat grass riding area with jumps

-Laundering of horse laundry as needed

-Management of routine care appointments (vet/farrier/dentist/bodyworker)

-Night check

-Secure locked gate

-Video surveillance throughout farm to ensure security of horses

24/7 care staff and owner living on-site
