Hybrid Board $500-$550/mo.
Hybrid board includes 3 feedings of owner’s food, turnout, blanketing, and night check. No grain, hay, shavings, or stall cleaning included.
Retirement Board $600-$650/mo.
Retirement board includes 3 feedings of owner’s food, turnout, stall cleaning, bedding, blanketing, and night check. No grain or hay included in price.
Full Board $950-$1000/mo.
Full board includes 3 feedings, turnout, stall cleaning, bedding, blanketing, and night check. No grain included in price.
Amenities:
-12 x 12 matted stalls w/ fans and automatic Nelson waterers w/ attached paddocks for horse comfort
-Up to 3 grain feedings a day (owner provides their own if desired or whole food grain option is available at additional cost)
-Daily turnout (weather-permitting) in grass paddocks w/ owner-provided fly masks, sheets/blankets, and/or boots as requested; hooves picked daily when brought in
-Covered crossties
-Hot/cold wash rack
-Air-conditioned tack area
-Large flat grass riding area with jumps available
-Laundering of horse laundry as needed
-Management of routine care appointments (vet/farrier/dentist/bodyworker)
